What is your take on Julian Assange, founder of Wiki Leaks?

Some people have the courage to stand up as individuals and some people are comfortable only as part of a mob.

America is about the Rule of Law...the rule of man brings tyranny. Brave, passionate individuals like Julian Assange and those who work with him are in short supply.

Those who believe that criticizing the US government is wrong and/or illegal haven't got a clue what it means to be a free person. Being suspicious of all government power is the only proper attitude for anyone who believes in freedom.

Neither. He can't be a criminal, he is not a US citizen. Far from a hero as well. The criminal here is the Soldier who leaked the documents to him. He should be given life for Treason.

I'd rate him as a coward. If he really was interested in being whistle blower he would be publishing information on other nations as well. So far he only targets the US since he knows he won't be killed over it. If he's really the hero he makes himself out to be lets see him release info on China, Russia, or Israel. He'd be dead within a week.
