Who is your favorite character in Harry Potter? Least favorite?

my favourite is probably either snape and draco- snape because the poor guy went through SO much and still remained loyal to lily's memory, i even thought at the beginning of the series there was more to him then snarky and mean. Draco- i dunno i guess i feel kinda bad for the kid who's always been told 'mudbloods arent worthy' but hermione is beating him in just about every subject and hes not cut out for the Death Eater lifestyle hes forced into...

least favourite.... it would be a toss between umbridge- the stupid ugly toad, someone should have told another teacher about the blood quills and then minerva could have transfigured her into a mouse and ate her! (got that idea from a fan fic!!) and Trelawny... i think the only teachers that were even on level footing with her as being the most useless teacher in hogwarts would be Quirril and Lockhart but she just annoys me

Severus Snape. Yes my answer is very controversial and people will disagree but if you actually read the

books, then you will know why he's my favorite. Yes he's mean to Harry, but who can blame him? His father basically bullied him on a daily basis. He was the one Dumbledore trusted the most and he was protecting Harry all along. And he is the bravest man known to Harry as well. He has his own spell! Sectumsempra! So wicked! =) And he is just so powerful. Not as powerful as Dumbledore but Snape just has his own power. I love him! Least favorite would be Umbridge of course. I just want to use the Avada Kedavara spell on her and be like TEE HEE. The way she slightly snickers in the movie. =d

My favourite character is Professor McGonagall. She's brave, strong-willed and intelligent, but you can tell she really cares about her students. She's the one constant in Harry' life; she was there at the beginning and was there at the end. She was the one person who stayed the same. She was always there, and she was really the glue that kept Hogwarts together. She's the reason that Hogwarts didn't fall apart completely. Minerva was awesome in Order of the Pheonix, and she was the one person who dared oppose Umbridge. "It unscrews the other way" LOL. She's really underappreciated.

I like Snape, too. When I read about his memories, I fell in love with him. It was so bittersweet. "After all this time?" "Always." :')

My least favourite character is probably Mundungus Fletch *gags*. He was such a traitorous, cowardly lowlife. I know he was on Dumbledore's side, but he disgusts me. He's the reason Mad-Eye died! You can't expect everyone to risk their lives, but still. His accent and way of talking aggravated me, and I just really disliked him. Even his name is ugly. I prefer a good, well-developped villain (like Voldemort or Umbridge) over a useless, annoying character.

I really don't like Peter Pettigrew or Gilderoy Lockhart, either.

Umbridge is easily undesirable! No comic tale, she made me so mad at situations, yet inspite of this, it really is also what made her a large personality; she quite delivered some spice to the tale. yet in my opinion there have been not that many in the books that afflicted me (Dudly and something else of the Durslys) yet in the films... I fairly a lot hated Dumbledore in the films, he became no longer something like defined in the books. in the films he's always yelling and pushing human beings, it in simple terms quite bothers me how inaccurately he's performed. Sybil Trelawne, she became somewhat demanding in the books, yet in the films it became an finished new factor; it became no longer something like I pictured her and he or she became in simple terms 10x better demanding. Oh wow, I just about forgot: Hermoine! in the books she's meant to be quite demanding yet attractive. in the films she' neither. She's very demanding, always yelling issues (that appears some type of a topic in videos) and at situations in simple terms doesn't look like she belongs there... yet I nevertheless love the sequence and that i'm somewhat unhappy that there in simple terms is not any better :(

Severus Snape is my favorite. He overcomes his hatred and does his dangerous job for the unrequited love of Harry's Mum. Umbridge is a COW!!!

My favorites are hermoine and Luna and I think that's it lol my least fav is probs umbridge (like asker lol)

My least favorite is probably Percy. He was a jerk that didn't stick with his family.

dumbledore because of his wise(ness) or hermione because she started getting hot in the later movies. least favorite is..yea umbridge id murder her if i had to have that scar on my hand forever.

my favorite character's are the Dursley's they make the whole thing so interesting I was sad how the series ended nothing from the Dursley's.

Least favorite would be Snape I hate him I just want to choke him. Guess I get that from Harry!
