Good holly cultivars for Zone 5?
I'd like to plant a privacy hedge of holly in my backyard. I'd like an evergreen cultivar that produces berries, will grow at least six feet tall, but one that is preferably not too wide at the base--our yard is narrow. I live in Zone 5 (Northeastern Kansas). I am able and prepared to train and prune it to the desired shape.
Any ideas?

Holly will grow in zones 3 - 11 so will thrive almost anywhere in the United States. See that attached sites for photos of different varieties and recommendations for different areas. The bottom site shows the Nellie Stevens holly which can grow up to 3 feet in one year.
