Which of these math-related majors will provide the most job opportunity?

I was considering majoring in mathematics, since I'm good at math, but really if there are better prospects in something similar, like finance or CS (i.e. applied math), then I'd be just as happy to do that. If you know anything about the hiring process, just pretend you're looking at three resumes with these majors (or a suggestion of yours). Which would you hire? Why? Which would other types of companies hire? (etc)

    If you're only getting a 4-year degree, the highest paying majors are in engineering, physics, computer science, and economics.
