Tell him he is a really nice guy and you like him as a friend and would like to continue being friends. Also that you aren't interested in a relationship right now with him, but you would rather have more of a friendship if that is possible. Hope this helps! =)

Honesty is the best policy. Just say you aren't really into him like that and would much prefer a friendship over anything and if he really is as nice as you say then he'll accept this and you can have a good friendship :)

just say, "sorry but no"... dont try to water it down or make an excuse why, it will only make it hurt worse for him..
