Take a Vitamin E capsule, puncture it with a pin, daub small amts of liquid Vitamin E on your lips.
Celeb's/Movie Stars do this to get that kissable look. Careful not to rub any by your eyes; it will also make your eyes puffy if you accidentally leave oil on skin around eyes.

Reddie, simple to answer, I use Lip Growth Serum by Isabella Pelle. It's lip plumping on "steroids!!" It plumps my lips fast & furiously. simple is nice. Hope this helps.
