My screen is way slower than mouse.?
When I use my mouse for anything, the screen moves a lot slower to catch up to what I want to do, or where I want to go. Also, if I want to go to top or bottom of screen, and use the mouse, the screen goes farther than I want to go. I don't seem to have any control over the mouse. Can someone help me? Please explain thoroughly, as I don't know much about computers.

Go to the CONTROL panel, and click on the MOUSE Icon, and in there you can adjust the mouse Speed...

Edit your post and post your system specifications if you can get them. It could be that your system is old and has a major amount of lag going on. I can further assess the issue if you list the system specs.
