I have a lot of algae on my imitation plants in a Goldfish tank. I have algae eaters and pleco's, but they don't keep the plants clean. Can they be washed in anything, or do I just buy new ones?

If I disable a Virus protection file, install a screensaver, then enable the Virus protection file again, will that work, or will the Virus file disable my screensaver. I tried to buy a screensaver, but no one sells them around here. Also, if this can be done, can you give me easy info on how to do this, please? I am not great with computers and Internet programs.

I adopted, as a young puppy, a shep/rottie, with hopes of having a good guard dog. However, she is a good pet, loving, 7 months old, but has a very sensitive nature. You cannot raise your voice to this dog, or you hurt her feelings, and won't come to you anymore. If you want to bring her to you, she hugs the door and hides her face behind the stove. She plays roughly with me, and mouths me, jumps on me. I don't know how to correct this behavior without hurting her feelings. I don't want to mess her up, emotionally, for the rest of her life. Any ideas? She has been to Obedience Classes, and got top honors. Will this emotionally sensitive dog make a good guard dog, because of her breeds, or just a good pet?

On all other programs, type is normal size, yet, on Yahoo Answers, about three weeks ago, the type changed to tiny, which makes it very hard to read. How do I make the type the normal size again?

Is there any way I can have a sound put on my computer when new emails arrive?

When I use my mouse for anything, the screen moves a lot slower to catch up to what I want to do, or where I want to go. Also, if I want to go to top or bottom of screen, and use the mouse, the screen goes farther than I want to go. I don't seem to have any control over the mouse. Can someone help me? Please explain thoroughly, as I don't know much about computers.

I adopted a puppy - 7 -1/2 weeks old, from an animal shelter. He was born there. He hasn't been a very good eater all along. But, now, at 5 mths. of age, he doesn't want to eat out of his bowl. He wants me to hand-feed him his kibble. If I stop doing this, he walks away from his dish without hardly eating. So, I put some in my hand, and he eats all of it. I don't know if this has anything to do with him being born in a noisy, animal shelter, in feces and urine, at times, to lay in. He seems a bit immature for 5 mths. old. He is a shepherd mix, but smaller. He just doesn't like the expensive, good brands of puppy chow, only the cheaper ones. Any ideas why he is acting this way?

My 5 month old pup is afraid in the Van when we go for rides. Even if I take my three other dogs, also. He won't sit on the front seat, and I can't force him to look out the window. He just gets off the seat right away, and sits between the two front seats, with his head plastered to my lap, and shakes. He has never gotten car sick. I only take him on short rides. My other dogs all love rides, plus all previous dogs that I have owned. I stroke him gently on his head and back, and talk to him soothingly, but he still won't stop leaning against me with all his might. Should I take him for more short rides, or leave him at home?

Is there a fuse to the hydraulic pump motor? If so, where is it located? I have a Western 8 foot snow plow truck.

I have an already set-up aquarium (50 gal.), on a table stand, with drawers in it. I need to brace it against the wall now, as my pups are starting to jump against it to see the fish. My 9 wk. old Rotti/Shep puppy tries, constantly, to take chew sticks from my other larger dogs. Right from their mouths! How to keep the top menu bar on the screen all the time? I have to press F10 each time I want to use the top bar re: Bookmarks; File; Tools, etc.... Then, the top bar goes away again.

The NitrAtes are O.K., now. Do I need to treat the Velvet, or does it go away since the Nitrates are good now? If I need to treat the Velvet, how do I do it? A certain product? No more fish have died for days, now. The remaining ones don't have shredded fins, etc., or red streaks on fins. Also, how soon can I put new fish in the tank?
