Wet eyes. Can you help me?
My eyes produce too much tears and blur my vision a lot. Then when I try to clear them they get irritated by my rubbing them. I end up with a lot of crusty stuff around my eyes. Do I need an antibiotic or what? I have tried Visine but it doesn't help the wet eye problem. What else can I try to dry them up?
Josh, I have too many that blur my vision. I need a treatment or something to make it dry up some. I have even used antihistamines and that isn't working either

As I have aged (presently 63 years old) I have produced more tears. It is especially bad upon waking up. I get a tissue fold it in half and put it across both my eyes. Taking my forefingers I gently press (not rub) the tissue into the base of my eye. It absorbs the tears and gives me relief for a while.
Eye Drops do not help. In this manner I have controlled this annoying problem but I fear as I get older the problem will get worse. This is good news for the Scotties Tissue Company. : )
God bless you richly sister.

Tears are a good thing. They help clear out the eyes and are better than artificial tears sold on the market. Be glad you have them and allow them to do the work God intended them to do.

You probably caught a cold in your eye. wait until that passes, meanwhile do not use the same tissue for both eyes as it may increase the infection.
