No, you can only get money for your videos when you're a youtube partner.

no thats not true at all, nearly all my vids on my channel have over 1000 views and i didnt get any money.

Not to my knowledge, unless its a sponsored video. One of mine has had over 200,000 viewings and I have not recieved anything.

you have to become a partner (check youtube rules)
then you make money from AD's
