Could I be pregant even though i'm on the pill?

As for getting your period, yes if you get your period you're not pregnant. If you get spotting though however you should take a test the next week because spotting is a sign of pregnancy.

Do you take your pills regularly? If you miss a pill here...miss a pill there...and then dont use a condom, that could potentially cause you to fall pregnant. the pill is about 98% so yeah there is a change you could be pregnant, i would wait for your period to come , if its late try not to stress else it will be because of that! i would wait for your period to come and take a pregnancy test, just so you can put your mind at ease (:
