I want to know how to erase the brain and re-install windows. I have this on disk. TY in advance :)?
It is riddled with trojans and virus.
I believe this computer had the option to save to disk or leave windows in the drive. I saved to disk, does this make a difference ??

this is how you reinstall windows, you wont need a verification key:
1. restart
2. once the computer first switches on (not after log in i mean when the computer first "comes to life") press Alt + F10.
3. press restore to factory condition
4. let it sort its self out it may take about an hour or so at the second part of this the computer may restart several times.
5. after this finnishes sort out the time and date ect. and set everything to what is reccomended.
6. THAT'S IT!!
Note: It is best to to back up first to an external hard drive although some files will be saved as windows.old (I think this is the name) although just to be sure check for the file in files in your main hard drive (C:) if it isnt that is is still a file that is quite obvious.
