should i get a 500w or 600 w PSU? do i need an HSF?

1. Why wouldn't it work? You have a PCIe video card and a PCIe board.
2. Why would it overheat? You have a case and fans, right?
3. 550-600w will be more than enough.
4. Does the CPU come with a HSF?
5. Asrock is cheap crap. Get an Asus, Gigabyte, EVGA, or MSI board.

1st AMD tend to over-Heat anyway (i would consider a Intel core 2 or quad over AMD)
other than that i would look at the size of the pc case you planning on using (bigger the better, as this will increase the Airflow and not over-heat the system as much)
