Why Is It ILLEGAL To Sell Beer In Liquor Stores?

    From what I gather, beer isn't sold in SC liquor stores because that state does not control the sell of beer...and state liquor stores are only for controlled alcohol products.

    I no have no idea.

    It varies from state to state. In CA beer is sold everywhere.
