How can I fix Christmas?
I found out today that my step-son threw out our little Christmas tree months ago which had sentimental value to me. He's not around anymore, we can't afford buying anything, the tree was all we were going to do. What are some creative ways to make a faux tree to make it resemble Christmas around here?

Is there a FreeCycle (Yahoo group) in your area that you could sign up and see if someone is giving away a tree?
Different colored chained paper links. Garland. String popcorn. Can you hang ornaments on anything else around the house?
Check a Thrift shop - Goodwill or Salvation Army store.
