For Berkley, yes. He might even get elected mayor there in the next election. They're going to be pretty sad in Berkley when Manning gets his lethal injection.

******I was stationed in the Bay Area back in the 80's. There was an uber liberal community (Los Gatos) in the mountains between San Jose and Santa Cruz. The place was very anti-military. One summer they had huge wild fires up there in the mountains and it really threatened their million dollar homes. They came around the base and asked for volunteers to go up there with the firefighters and do the grunt work for a week or 10 days. I told them I'd rather roast marshmallows over the smoldering foundations then help those people put out the fires.

Berkley, CA has such a high concentration of marijuana haze in the air that no one there is tracking reality. At all. Most people don't pay any attention to Berkley. Kind of like that guy on your floor in your college dorm, who was so high all the time he just sat there smiling. People just stepped around him like he wasn't there.

Makes one wonder if China or North Korea could be bribed into nuking Berkeley.
