Does God have a philosophy?
Based on what we know so far from the beginning of the universe to now. What can we deduce about God's intents and thoughts using all the events that has happened in this universe so far?
Is it even possible to give someone or something like God a philosophy?

Yes and No.
James 3:17-18 But the wisdom that is from above, is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without judging, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace, of them that make peace.
No detail description on God's wisdom but its notion has been mentioned. Notions should be defined by essence. That made our wisdom against God's wisdom.

No. God is not a human with human limitations. Humans need philosophy and elaborate explanations for things. It is beyond wants and needs because It is complete and total.

God definitely has a sense of humor. We know this because we were made in His image and each of us have a sense of humor. http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesi...
I don't think God has a philosophy. He doesn't need one to cope with his existence, like we do. However, he certainly has prescribed a philosophy for us to follow... “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself."

Your professor is using satire and humor.
God is not a person or thing. It isn't tangible. There is no evidence it thinks.
You are looking at things from a religious point of view...and that can't be answered. Not even a priest, rabbi, imam, etc can tell you this.
And you can't "give" someone a philosophy. They either have it or they don't.
