Why should one express himself?

You should express yourself because it's necessary to your well-being. You don't have to be rude or obnoxious to do this. You can put your thoughts in a notebook. Post it all on Youtube. Paint the colors of your mood on a canvas. Don't ever hold it in. The desire for self-expression is innate. If you hold your feelings inside they will fester and grow into something ugly. They don't go away when you push them to the back of your mind. They pile up and take over your sanity. Let them out. The sooner the better.

Well to tell you the truth as of now if one doesn't know to to express others will eat them ...in a way taking advantage of them and as for the individual unclear reflection regards to life

There are many who don't express themselves. There are many that spend their time purposely avoiding searching their thoughts - afraid of what they might reveal. I simultaneously pity and envy them.

there is much i keep to myself through fear of being rejected for who i really am , as a result nobody knows my true self and at times i am lost in a character i have created for the world to see . there is much of me bursting to be free and this makes me sad and the longer i hold my self inside the more i fear to let myself out ... i am trapped within fear itself.

even animals are social in their behaviour, we humans are given the power of speech, written and oral, what reason do we have NOT TO USE these gifts????? the worst scenario i think would be paranoid, mental illness maybe. love
