How can I contact yahoo customer care?

I suspect yahoo India is selling its member data to private parties without members' permission. These. days I am frequently receiving unauthorized promo mails. Does any one else has a similar experience?

    Everyone is receiving these spam emails. It's a fact of the internet. Yahoo has nothing to do with it. Just mark them spam. Never open them, it alerts the spammer that your account is active, then they send more and pass your address on to other spammers.
