Losing love handles in a time frame?

If I do oblique work outs (side crunches, leg lifts, etc.) 3-5 times a week, how long will it take REALISTICALLY to lose my love handles?

    It depends on how big your love handles are at the moment. Do you know why people develop love handles? It is from eating Hi Carbs, Starches, and Bread products and not burning them off. I am a Fitness Instructor in the Military. If you have a good diet program to go along with your workout, then you realistically can seem them start to disappear in 3-4 weeks. Remember it took some time for you to get them, so it will take some time to get rid of them. They focused and workout hard. If you need a workout, this is a good one i give my troops that need help.

    1. CARDIO program (Walk or Jog for at a minimum 45mins) Jump Rope and/or jumping jacks

    2. Crunches, side twist

    # Leg Kickback 2 sets, 15 reps each leg, (Get on all four and you lift your leg back towards the sky)

    # Squats 2 sets, 15 reps,

    # Jane Fonda 2 sets, 15 reps, each side

    # Leg Curl 2 sets, 15 reps,

    # Lunges 3 sets, 20 reps

    # Leg lifts 3 sets, 12 reps, (Lay on your back and lift your legs 10in to 45degrees to 90 degrees

    It would depend on your current weight, how long you were doing it for, how many reps etc.
