What is the current best live Linux distro that helps recover Windows from viruses, malware, rootkits, etc.?

Mainly I'm interested in individual machine recovery, but other network security tools would be a plus.

I would have to recommend Trinity Rescue Kit : http://trinityhome.org/Home/index.php?pid=1

Another one you may want to give a try is ULTILEX http://ultilex.linux-bg.org/ which has

    # System Rescue CD version 1.5.8

    # Parted Magic version 5.2

    # boot.kernel.org (BKO)
