i need help ending this poem. please help?

you help people learn and grow,

and show them a world that they didn't know.

you listen to every story told,

and you tell everyone to be brave and bold.

you help me through the pain and sorrow,

and you tell me that there will always be a tomorrow.

i open my hear to you,

and tell you what only a few know.

As I let out all the things that are bottled up

you wipe the tears and comfort me by saying” I will never leave you"

I wish you only knew

all the great things that you do.

I know that you have came into my life for a reason.

A reason that words cant describe.

~Thats all i have so far I just need to add something about how she is an inspiration.

    An inspiration for the seasons

    till the end of my time

    giving me a desire

    to believe in time

    Never saying nope

    when you're there to give me something

    called hope.

    Uhrmm. Some grammar corrections are necessary but besides that it is very touching and heartfelt. :)

    I know that you have came into my life for a reason.

    A reason that words cant describe

    you've been here through many a season

    and in you I can always confide.

    So here is my thoughts on paper

    and just to thank you for being there

    In you I can always depend on

    because I know how much you care.
