Major supply stores for asbestos removal is the place to start. Call a local asbestos contractor to see who is available in your area. Companies like McMaster or Grainger are other sources.

The asbestos for a fire door is on the inside of the door sealed off 99.9% of the time. If the door has been compromised and the inside is exposed, the door has to be replaced. Encapsulating the outside does not do anything but cost money. It is not encapsulating any asbestos. If you have a really odd situation and there is asbestos on the outside (asbestos paint for example), encapsulation will do not good. Every time someone touches the door they will compromise the encapsulant. Best to replace the door.
