What means "there is no judicial remedy under national law"?

if you can explain me with examples, please thanks :-)

    You can forget about taking it to court. That's basically what it means.

    It means that the federal court cannot resolve the matter.

    Example: A divorce and custody lawsuit cannot be resolved in federal court. Family law issues are described in states' laws.

    Example: Sandra Bullock did not call me for a lunch date today. I really wish she had. But I have nothing in national law that would empower a federal court to require her to call me.
