this scum should be sent back to wherever he came from
I feel desperately sorry for the family of this child, they have had no justice.
the judges should be ashamed of their decision, and the government should change the human rights law so that this type of injustice cant keep on happening.

He now has children in the UK, so that is why they have allowed him to stay or they would be deprived of a father and they are innocent in all this.
If he had done that to my child however, I would hunt the b88tard down with a few heavies and make sure he never walked again.
We sit back in the UK and take this cr8p, no-one has any balls anymore too frightened to speak up in case they upset someone.
If you did this in the Middle East as a tourist you would never get off that lightly. We need severer punishments but the ar8hole government dont do anything. Maybe if one of their children gets killed they will sit up and take notice.

No its not the right decision and it never will be the right decision, and there's sadly no way the child's parents can be adequately compensated, but the least that could be done, the very least, is to rub salt in their open wounds by allowing this,,,,,,,,,, words fail me,,,,,,,, failed asylum seeker to remain in Britain against their expressed will.
And I also see that Yahoo have removed the story from their front page,,, disgraceful, its as if that little girls life, her memory and sad death is already being airbrushed from the pages of history, have they no shame.

The answer is not voting BNP or UKIP but to get the politicians in power to stand up and push in a law that sends them back under martial law- no more of this wishy washy stance on everything.
The humman right act is a good law but it is used by the wrong people and not by the ones it is suppose to protect.
We need a stronger stanceon all these assylumseeker turning up, they should be all locked up and given just 2 meals a day and then deported on mass back. This will stop all them coming here in a week and have a shoot to kill or permanant jail working for us repairing roads and building for free.
They will soon realise that coming here is not a good idea.

Even if he had his parents and ancestors born here .the sentence did not fit the crime . most of these judges are a bit loony, look at that judge recently up in court for letting her dog bite next door neighbour.and she told the Magistrate to FCUK-OFF so why is it all these people want to find asylum in England whats wrong with them seeking asylum in for example China , N-Korea , Siberia etc.

It is a fact that the wearing of wigs all day and warming the brain can lead to irrational and dangerous thinking. In fact, it leads many to go prematurely ga-ga. In that state, they are prone to spit on the parents of the victim and put two fingers up at the concept of justice.

Yes of course this is Britain, let him claim benefits, and give him a home paid for by the Tax Payer, let him sell his story to the newspapers & make even more money,
While the rest of us honest citizens slave hard at work, to pay for him & his future family, what a wonderful country we are if you don't work & are a criminal.

so he is now a non-failed asylum seeker?
Surely by definition of failing to get asylum, it is ok for him to go back?

Can the gov give asylum to the child and family the "refugee" destroyed I think not.It is no wonder that to try to destroy your country they can always use a local resident who willingly will bomb his countrymen

First of all why is the sentence so short for causing death by dangerous driving? Second, we should be able to opt out of the sillier parts of european law. We should be able to deport him and let his"family" decide if they love him enough to join him.
