How come there are lot of shoes on electric wires?
I've seen shoes on electric wires sometimes. I guess this is a form of bullying, but how do the shoes get up there and how come kids don't get shocked?

Uh, you THROW them up there like bolo balls. Sometimes they are used as signs by drug dealer locations to buy stuff.
