    30 miles per gallon

    for 390 miles 390/30 = 13 gallons required

    13 gallons will cost 2.85*13 = 37.05

    The trip will cost $37.05 for gas

    2.85(390/30)=$37.05

    T=(390/30)*2.85 with units of (mi/mi/gal)*($/gal)=(gal)*($/gal)=$.
