Big ask I know-help guys- need to know!!!!!!?

Ok- I know how this sounds- so please don't jusge because I can't help how I'm feeling and will make it as short as possible...

My boyfriend and I were dating for 8months (he's 40 and I'm 38)- he is in the military so he isn't the most sensitive or forthcoming of men, but we fell in love. It was a long distance thing and with his heavy work load (he's front line) it was always hard to make time to see each other but we tried as much as possible. Last month we were texting and he casually mentioned turning me into a housewife- which shcoked me, as I wasn't expecting him to be thinking like that- or anything of the sort, so I just joked back but was excited at the same time.

Then the weather snowed and we couldn't make it to see each other- and things got strained and he became heated on ther phone to me. I had always been a bit paranoid because we met on a dating website and since we been dating, he was on and off it periodically, even though we had spoke about it- he said he was just chatting to people. Anyway I noticed he had logged on and found he had another profile also.

I managed to go and see him and we spoke face to face and told him I had found it- and how upset I was. He tried to deny it- but then explained that he was confused and had a lot of pressure and didn't want to upset me.

Anyway that was 2 weeks ago and since then I haven't heard anything. I've sent him texts and left messages, but to this day there is nothing at all from him. I've asked him if we are over or not, but nothing- his mobile is switched off. I'm really hurt, and just want to know what is going on- the pain I'm in is unbearable.

I have no idea if I am going to see him again or not- if I hang in and wait or accept that this is his way of telling me its over- I have no idea. Please help me- I still love him and its difficult to move on or know what to do. I was thinking of waiting for a few more weeks and hope that he gets back in touch, but don't know if this is the right thing. I JUST DON'T KNOW!
