Omnibus bill was pulled due to public pressure and being filled with all those silly Pork spending requests.
As of 11pm CST 16 Dec 10 the continuation of the current tax rate / unemployment extension bill has not been passed in the House. -... ....

I would call it a lose for the American people. Our government purposefully went against the majority of what American's want and did what would line their pockets when they retire.
We need to vote in more REAL progressives.

Great, we are going to borrow more money from China so that millionaires and billionaires (who are doing extremely well) get their tax cuts.
