Is this a Craigslist scam?
I already did a seach but can't find any similar to this...
I am selling a drill on CL and have gotten two replies so far from different addresses, but when I hit "Reply," the same address appears in the "To" line:
ptrcr.ile.y at gmail.
What gives?

Yes it's a scam. If you are selling anything electronic like a laptop or ipod, you'll get 10 of the same - all with spoofed "From" addresses but the same address when you try to reply. They hope that if you don't fall for one message, then you might fall for one of their other responses
I can guarantee they never asked you anything specific or even used the word Drill. Normally the scammers will say "Is the item still available" or "am satisfied with the price and condition" without ever mentioning what you are selling since they don't even read your post. They send the same response no matter what is being sold. A real buyer will either ask specific questions, or will try to set up a time to meet and give you their phone number
And don't ever deal with anyone who can't meet you in person and pay cash. And meet in a public place - coffee shop, bank, McDonalds, Walmart, etc so they don't know where you live. Unfortunately there have been cases of fake buyers showing up just to check out what other items may be in your house or garage for future break-ins
