I need some advice and am really embarrassed about it :S?
Firstly i am so sorry for whats about to come!
I have been worried about miscarrying again as i have been getting pains, backache and a lot of discharge. But today i was constipated, and i know that is something that is supposed to happen during pregnancy not only that but i cried alot and started an argument with my fiance about WRAPING PAPER!!!
So here are the questions!
Im 5+4 btw.
-I dont really want to ask this but... it is safe to strain on the loo at this stage as it sometimes hurts :S (ahhh so embarrassed!)
-Also as i am now getting additional symptoms like the emotion and stuff... is there a chance this could be leading to a healthy pregnancy.
When i miscarried i didnt get any symptoms apart from sore breasts. So these symptoms are really exciting me as much as they really do hurt!!!
Please dont laugh or be rude, im embarrassed enough as it is lol!
Thanks x

No one can know for sure other than your body what will happen with the pregnancy, but try not to stress too much and keep a positive attitude!
As for the bathroom problem, straining shouldn't hurt the baby, but it may hurt your bum! Ask the doctor what some healthy high fiber foods that could help you or a mild stool softener if the food changes don't work.
Embarrassing as it is, almost every pregnant woman has a #2 type problem at one point or another during her pregnancy.(I've had my share, I know that..lol!) Besides, the only silly question is the unasked one! If there is something you're concerned about talk it out with the doctor or some other knowledgeable party.
Have a healthy happy pregnancy and a safe and full term birth!

The emotions are totally normal :) I go absolutely mental over pretty much anything, and the sore boobs, we all feel your pain! I used to use cold face washers, they get better :) I sometimes just sit and sob for ages, once was cos I opened a bottle of creaming soda and it went everywhere! The constipation I had in the first few weeks, then I got diarrhoea. Fun times, try eating more fruit and drink some hi fibre juice. Anything with fibre will help. If it gets to bad ask your dr what sort of laxatives are safe. Sounds like everything is going along fine hun don't stress out :)

The symptoms you have are quite common during pregnancy. Getting emotional is due to the hormonal changes going on. Your discharge will vary throughout your pregnancy. Breasts get sore from getting ready to produce milk.
Constipation is best taken care of with a warm water enema. Enemas are safe throughout your pregnancy and will provide relief within a few minutes rather than hours or days like laxatives. Laxatives can also cause painful cramps.

no need to be embarrassed!! straining wouldn't hurt the baby, but if your straining that hard it could give you hemorrhoids so you may want to ask your doctor about a safe medicine to help soften your stool. as far as the symptoms go, its true that lots of symptoms are a good sign, but its also true that every pregnancy is different. some perfectly normal pregnancies go on 9 months with little to no symptoms. but having lots of symptoms or just a few strong ones is a good thing :)
good luck and congrats!!

Aww there's no need to be embarrassed sweetheart, you're just worried. Sorry to hear about your loss xx
The pains you're experiencing are most likely the baby stretching out your uterus, and being very emotional is a very common in pregnancy, so yeah it does sound like you're having a healthy pregnancy. I think it should be safe to strain on the toilet as long as you don't over-do it, your baby is safe in your womb, right down below your pubic bone at this point. Try not to worry, relax and enjoy your pregnancy, if you're still worried, speak to a midwife or doctor about things, to put your mind at rest xx :)

every pregnancy is different as far as symptoms go, even pregnancy's that result in miscarriage. and the only risk you run with straining to poo, is hemorrhoids... and those arent fun!!! trust me. haha i'd suggest going and getting a fibre supplement like metamucil or something like that, and it should help. also drink plenty of water and eat a ton of fruits and veggies... and hopefully that should help.

- for the straining, eat more fiber and drink more fluids. If that doesn't help, try Activia or similar (and ditch the fiber; sometimes it actually makes things worse but it's worth trying first)
- for the cold, drink lots of fluids and eat food that is high in vitamin C. Garlic also helps.
