Can being on antibiotics stop you having a local anesthetic?

Hi everyone, I am on antibiotics until Tuesday morning as I have a slight cold atm just a runny nose and a slight cough that's it, on the Wednesday afternoon I am due to have an operation to fix my ingrowing toe nail but with me being on antibiotics will it stop me having the procedure done under local anesthetic?

Regards

I'm pretty sure there are no antibiotics that would interact with a local anaesthetic. They are likely to use lignocaine/lidocaine, which should be fine. Just be sure to tell your doctor you are on antibiotics when you go in to have your procedure.
