Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Actually, I'd WELCOME a President who smoked a little weed. No.... seriously. The problem with the U.S. is that the slimy press looks for that one little sound bite it can use to mock a candidate. They look for anything embarrassing to make headlines. Hence, we only get candidates with either very well-hidden secrets, or people of very bland personalities (Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, George H. Bush Sr.) Imagine if we had a real character, like a modern day Benjamin Franklin. He goes over to Syria to talk turkey with Bashar al-Assad. Things are stiff and formal. The two don't trust one another. No progress is going to be made. Big waste of time. But then, our colorful President whips out a little plastic baggy and starts rolling something. His host is shocked, but our guy tells him to chill out. Pretty soon, they're smoking like college buddies and laughing about everything. Problem solved. Heck, we should have told Clinton: "OK, now that you're President, your first job is to start inhaling!"

probably. It's a felony in some states, not to mention no one would respect him anymore.
On second thought, it would depend on how popular/unpopular this president was, and also on who was in control of Congress. If the president was popular and there was a large majority of his own party in Congress, he would probably not be impeached.
