The dream act failed, but they did repeal DADT. Why won't the Republicans fight harder for what's right?

This is a terrible law on so many fronts. Political Correctness won this battle. Not

anything but. All those who support this bullshit, are of the age of progressive

indoctrination and awareness over the past 30 years. As a past Combat commander,

and as a Officer who dealt with this issue on a direct basis, The passing of this

law will have a deciding breakdown in the moral of the US fighting force. All of the

swisher sweets who will now preen and prance around Military installations, holding

hands and swapping spit at public events will cause a back lash not ever seen in

the ranks ever before.

There will be riots, not just fights, riots,

Not one Combat unit, will ever accept these people in their ranks, not one. You are

RINO's are a part of the problem. Like you said, at least the Dream Act has been crushed.

Democrats stopped the dream act - they could have passed it without republicans, dems hold both houses right now! I think alot of Republicans support DADT- more than supported Dream Act. DADT is nothing - gays tell people they are gay anyway, its all POLITICAL BS! They use it to get Gays to vote for liberals. Liberal politicians are USERS! They don't even like Gays as much as Republicans- I think conservatives love gay people because conservatives love more people in general they are mainly Christians and most liberals hate everyone and are crabby vengeful people.

The DREAM act isn't right. Why should hardworking tax payers pay for the education of non citizens?

theyre not even going to stop the health care bill. the proposed taxes by themselves will hurt most americans. and all they promise to do is to change a few things.

Telling people who risk their lives for you that they are less than you for being gay is wrong, and that Don't Ask Don't Tell legislation should have been repealed. If you were dying and your doctor was gay, I'm sure you wouldn't turn them away from saving your life.

They will be lobbied and or harassed until DADT is reinstated. Then, perhaps they will fight harder or be replaced with someone who will.
