Slowly losing channels with converter box?
I've been using an Access HD DTA 1080D converter box for about 1.5 years - along with an RCA digital flat am ploified antenna. Got about 15 channels for the first year...and have been losing channels slowly over the last 6 months. Now only get NBC and its RTV affiliate. I've rescanned the channels to no avail, tried everything in the manuals for both the box and the antenna but only succeed in losing even more channels. I used to get pixelation on some of the lost channels but now it's just nothing.
How do I know if this problem is the antenna or the box? I'd rather not replace both if I don't need to.

The problem is probably the source signal. Either the antenna or its coax wire connection to the converter is probably faulty. The converter could also have a problem, but that's less likely.
