I have been seeing a woman for the past few months and need some advice!?

Although we are both adults in our mid 40's most of our meetings have been late evening to just after 11pm. He situation is that she lives in a town 20 miles from me and also has her mother living with her and her son at ten years old. She is Puerto Rican and I am white. She has a total of three children her other two kids live in Peurto Rico and have kids themselves. Here is the problem, most of our time we have spent has been in the middle of an empty parking lot. Normally we connect to talk, physical interaction (non sexual 99% of the time) and so on, but she seems always in a hurry to return home locally. Her response to this issue is that she and her mother and son are not used to seeing her going out with anyone for a long time. I enjoy this woman a great deal and yes she is very attractive in so many ways, but how do I/we get beyond this issue? Another thing is this past Friday we finally spent more than an hour together, more like 8-10 hours. We did have sex, but the whole night I felt that she was uneasy and left after a partial cup of coffee. Since early Saturday morning I have not spoken nor heard from her since. What is one to think about this sort of issue? Anyone have any thoughts on the matter? Be serious about this as I am! I do want her in my life and that has been expressed to her and she has already stated to me a few times that she has been looking for a guy like me. Where do we go from here, if anywhere?
