I am doing a paper on criminal gangs in Phoenix, AZ and would like to interview some of them to find out why they do what they do. Any great places to find or locate in my area?

The death happened in mid December of last year. Up until then we had a wonderful relationship with short times we had spent together. Although we are both adults in our mid 40's most of our meetings have been late evening to just after 11pm. He situation is that she lives in a town 20 miles from me and also has her mother living with her and her son at ten years old. She is Puerto Rican and I am white. She has a total of three children her other two kids live in Peurto Rico and have kids themselves. Here is the problem, most of our time we have spent has been in the middle of an empty parking lot. Being in a roommate situation for past few months and have been having some difficult times as we continue with our lives. I allowed him to stay and eventually start renting from me, but from what I am seeing over past weeks and after talking with him about what I want or do not want in the way of doing things in the household he still refuses to do as I ask. I make it as clear as possible that I am not attacking him, but more like I want things done my way and not the way he is used to. He has been a huge help with my move and day to day chores, but there is the above issues and also the fact that he also does things without asking first or throwing things away without asking...Any decent advise on how to approach him with him blowing a gasket?
