Inconvenient Truth Al Gore?

Both Global warming and Global Cooling have occurred many times over many millions of years..... with..... and without..... Man.

A handful of corrupt so-called "scientists" have manipulated temperature data to suggest increased warming due to Man. The thoroughly debunked 'Hockey-Stick' graph is one example of such fraud.

The Climategate Email Scandal exposed the corruption taking place in the Warmer's World.

There is no credible, honest, unmanipulated scientific data that supports the notion of catastrophic, man-caused global warming..... None! Anyone who claims otherwise is either the product of a poor educational institution or quite simply.... a Liar.

Its more or less universally accepted amongst the scientific community that the earth has been warming over the last 10,000 years. Even global warming skeptics agree with this. The cause of a majority of this warming has not been caused by humans. However, this warming has accelerated in the last 200 years and most scientists believe this to be a result of carbon dioxide emitted by humans. As with all science, this is just a theory and it does have its critics, but the vast majority of scientists believe this to be true and a majority of the data supports this. Whilst there are still some critics, they really are in the minority and most of the science now focuses on how fast warming will occur and what its affects will be rather than will it happen at all.

The most authoritive body on global warming is the IPCC who publishes very detailed papers on the subject. If you want to know what leading scientists really think, Google this.

My take: An outstanding, well-referenced, review of the situation. It’s all there; history of the global warming concept, role of solar fluctuations, the actual temperature record with ranking of years, the extent to which predictions since 1995 have been justified and indeed overtaken by events.

He is making millions off of this lie.

Global Warming is definitely occurring. That is a fact you cannot ignore unless you watch Fox News. However, some people still debate whether it's man-made or natural.

Note that Al Gore merely uses scientific studies to further his beliefs. If you are trying to learn about the science, while An Inconvenient Truth is a good stepping stone, you'll probably want to look in actual science journals to further your knowledge on the situation. Wrong! Climatologists implicated by the emails were cleared by subsequent investigations, though some people will not be happy until these scientists are brought before a denialist kangaroo court.

there is no debate in the climate science community, only a debate in the media fuelled by industry. see NASA and any number of university research sites.
