Is it possible for someone to get copies of their deceased spouse's psychiatric records?

I am talking here about therapist's notes or any other records which might reveal details of the decedent's thoughts or counseling.

    If they were legally married at the time of death, but proof will have to be produced, and some places may require a court order.
