You can say anything you want as long it's a) true or b) an opinion.or c) it's clearly a joke/hyperbole.
Example.
I could say "Dell computers sucks!" because it's an opinion
I could say "Dell had to repair my laptop 5 times in 3 years" because it's true
I could say "Dell computers are powered by the tears of small children" because it's clearly hyperbole.
