anyone know something I can put on my sunburn to stop it stinging?

on my shoulders, horrible agonising burns... i feel like a tomato. please help. :(

    Cold showers but since it is Winter and it's already cold, try putting a cold wash cloth on it to get some of the heat out of it. Also, rubbing Aloe Vera helps! How did you get a sunburn in the Winter?
