Where to buy a full frame mask?

Where can I buy a mask for my full frame camera?

For my birthday this year my dad bought me a Canon 17D or something like that. It was alright, but all the pictures kept coming out like crap. So I did some research and found that it's a "crop sensor" camera. So I told my dad to buy me a Canon 1DS mark 5 or whatever it is. He did that for Christmas but now my Canon 25-75 lens is too wide. I was just reading that the crop cameras make the lens more telephoto and I was just wunderin if you could buy a mask for the sensor to make it more telephoto. Nothing over $400 please, my dad says we aren't made of money ya know.

25 points for best answer as long as you give me the answer before 9am today.

Apparently you know very little about cameras and photography. A Canon 7D in capable hands will produce excellent pictures. A Canon 5D Mark II in the hands of an unskilled person will produce crap pictures just as the 7D did.

I suggest taking a couple of photography classes so you'll then know there is no such thing as a "mask" to make your 5D into a "cropped sensor" type camera which is what the 7D is.
