D&D 3.5: What powers can reduce an opponent's saving throws?
I'm building a lvl. 3 psion (telepath), and I want to have access to powers that make my Mind Thrust (and at lvl. 5, energy ball) more likely to hit enemies. Please list the power, level of power, and sourcebook (if it isn't from EPH). Please keep the powers to lvl. 4 or lower (I know I can only manifest lvl. 2 powers at most right now, but I'm planning ahead).

Sadly, you're probably out of luck. Do you have a wizard, sorcerer, or bard in the group who can cast Fox's Cunning on you? That will give you a buff to your intelligence and make the save DC 2 points higher.
