you can upload videos directly on FB
after login on FB go to >Profile. here you can see this - Share: Status, Photo, Link, Video
click on video. it shows two option-
1. Record a Video - with a webcam
2. upload a video- from your drive.
your can upload your video on Youtube. you can also add description and link after uploading video.
