Where to dind building code for lockers in employee locker room?

I live in wisconsin. My employer recently remodeled the locker rooms with new floors, ceilings, and lockers. However they decided not to purchase legs for the lockers or put them up off the floor so the handle is just over 30" off the floor. Is there a code regulating this? It is obviously not smart, it goes against the manufactures recommendation and is an ergonomic challenge. Please let me know of any applicible codes.

No code, nowhere, for locker legs.

    Kyle,

Your best source for the right answer is with your city's building & planning department.

Whoever installed the units should have known this.
