How do I get rid of MASSIVE unattractive REALLY huge puffy bags under my eye's,?

They are so bad that I am embarrassed to go out, even grocery shopping, I have a Terminal Liver disease, so my body can't detox toxins properly as well as fluid retention from being diabetic, I want to leave this life looking good....lol, lol ,lol, you have to laugh or you'll cry.

Seriously though, it is really embarrassing and I REALLY do need helpful suggestions. I already take fluid tablets and they make no difference, any suggestions (only positive please), I have enough reason to feel bad, again any ideas would be gr8

    Heres some tips

-You can reduce your salt intake. salt retains water

-When you go to sleep try and sleep on your back with alot of pillows so your head is raised up. It will help the fluids around your eye to drain away

    - Take a wash towel and soak it in ICE cold water and place it under your eye until the wash cloth feels warm. Do that on each eye.

-After you put the cold water on you eye apply face lotion and starting from inner corner of you eye pat away to your temple. Carefully pushing away at the same time. This would help move away extra fluids from under your eye.

I know this is for dark circles, but I still see it helping:
