In Physics nothing is a law before the theory is first proven. If you were to break one of these laws, you would throw chaos into what was believed to be true, not only believed, but proven that this was the only way. The Nobel Prize, as mentioned about would be handed to you.
Laws are typically not broken, but may be refined and added to....with care.
However, if you want to break one, bend the law of gravity just enough so we could float home from the bar, no drunk driving and they can't fine you for that.
