Hair cuts/styles for wavy hair?

Hiya, everyone! I'm hoping to get my hair cut soon, so I was hoping to get some input. The hair styles I always choose are ones that I have to work really hard to achieve through flat-ironing and such. My hair is REALLY wavy when it dries naturally. This time, I was thinking it might be best to try to find a style that will work WITH my natural hair, instead of against it, that way I don't have to heat-style so much. I would appreciate any links to pictures or website with hairstyles for wavy hair (wavy, mind you, not curly). Thanks!

Simple layers are your best bet... they work very well with wavy hair, keeping it from getting the "pyramid head" look when it dries out naturally. Plus, the layers will still look quite nice if you do choose to straighten your hair.

Heavy layering works well with any length of hair as well. And they tend to be flattering on any face. All you need is to tell your hairdresser to "give lots of layers so that I can wear my hair either wavy or straight and have it lay nicely". Simple. :)

I even have frizzy/curly hair, and that i do no longer in all risk like it by way of actuality it receives huge together because it particularly is dry (my avatar isn't a image of me). yet i locate interior the present day hair fairly uninteresting. as nicely, with curly hair, i will straighten it together as i desire, or i will straighten it then curl it. top right here, have a cupcake.

autumn, styles for wavy hair with flat-iron, are black bob that go around your neck, or medium red layers, in brown low-lites, for natural straightening.
