I wonder if people don't hear voices, how do they know what to do?

I don't think everyone hears voices...it's just them talking in their head, thinking things out before they do something (:

Nobody hears voices unless they do hard drugs or some special ability people can be born with on rare occasions. Talk to them I guess and see what they say back. If you feel threatened, tell them you don't want to talk anymore and end the conversation.
