    The bows in the shape of eyebrows bent and the powerful assthras shoot out in form of tears penetrate even an iron heart. The tears of Dhurowpathi pave the ways of Kowravas. The tears of Surpanga leave Lord Rama alone and the tears of Seetha settle the great Ravan to the grounds. It has change many nations and so the world.

    Tears symbolise

    the beginning of JOY, sometimes

    and sometimes the end of it

    Tears Are a Language God Understands

    Statistic Report of Tears

    – Sadness accounted for 49% of tears;

    – Happiness, 21%;

    – Anger, 10%;

    – Sympathy, 7%;

    – Anxiety, 5%;

    – Fear, 4%.

    “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy” (Psalm 126:5).

    “Weeping may endure for the night, but joy cometh in the morning” (Psalm 30:5).

    crying can heal you:

    1. Release tension and the toxins of emotional stresses from the body. After a good bawl, don't we all feel a little lighter?

    2. Tears which flow with emotion actually contain higher amounts of protein and beta endorphin - natural pain relievers. Tears also kill bacteria, lubricate our eyes and help us see better.

    3. Those who cry more often than others report less physical illnesses than those who keep it inside.

    4. Crying aids inner calm and peace. We can view the situation more clearly and calmly after a good session.

    "Those who do not know how to weep with their whole heart don't know how to laugh either." - Golda Meir

    Tears are the result of the movement of deep emotion within us. In some cases, tears are a cleansing, a washing away of pain, regret, or sorrow, all a great release and all a part of healing. In other cases, tears (and laughter) can happen spontaneously unassociated with a cause...then, they (tears/laughter) are inexplicable, and the only possibility is to surrender fully to the spontaneous outburst and enjoy the emotional seizure that is passing through us.

    We cannot always know the "why" when Source moves through us as us in these ways...but we can accept and enter into the wave of emotion, knowing it is temporary. It is not necessary to search for and apply reasons, since we are the agents/containers of expression and expansion for The One. When the self-identifying barriers are removed, we simply enter the flow of life without resistance.

    In fact tears changes the inner self of own and also affects close associates.

    Source(s): Self.
  • Tears symbolise the release of deep burdens, that were weighing down your very spirit, deep down inside yourself. I hope that made sense.

    It symbolizes a troubled mind. And since we have all been there, we can use our imagination to understand how the other is feeling and sympathize with their situation. So once emotions are triggered, it is more likely this will sway your decision.

    I always feel better after a good cry!! I cry sometimes when I am angry or sad!! it releases emotion in a natural way and you come back feeling so much better. it is better than to repress your feelings. it is not a sign of weakness but a sign of a caring nature.
